Champagne? Anytime!
There is a stigma blowing in the wind, that champagne should only be enjoyed on special occasions. I agree nothing says congratulations or well done better than a glass full of bubbles… but what about the rest of the time?
Champagne/Sparkling Wine should be appreciated throughout the year. It’s such a versatile wine; it’s never too hot or too cold for a glass.

It does make sense to drink champagne on important moments such as a wedding, anniversary, graduation, a promotion or anything similar. Still, why not open a bottle, because you feel like it, or because you went jogging. When having a friend over for dinner, pop a cork. If you had a very long day at the office; why not? If you and your special someone, have a glass, it immediately changes any setting into a more romantic one.
